You have authorised us to collect payment for the Services by way of a monthly debit order on a date nominated by you. In the event that a monthly debit order fails, for any reason, we shall be entitled to debit your account on any other date for that month’s subscription.
100 Day Promotion
1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and run by Huawei Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Huawei”), including its affiliates, partners, associates and agents together with Ignition Telecoms Investments (Pty) Ltd (“ITI”), being the holding company of Viva Cover (Pty) Ltd (“Viva Cover”) within South Africa (the “Organisers”). The Promotion is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a valid South African identity document or Smart Card.
1.2 By entering the Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organisers and the Organisers decision regarding any issue will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.3 This Promotion will run from 1 January 2021 – 31 July 2021, (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
1.4 The Promotion deals exclusively with purchases of the Qualifying Devices as (mentioned at 2.1.1 below) during the Promotion Period from an approved outlet in store or online within the Republic of South Africa.
1.5 The Organisers will be running the Huawei Care “100 Days” Screen Protect Cover Promotion whereby Promotion Participants who purchase or upgrade to a Qualifying Device during the Promotions Period will be able to register to receive 100 days of complimentary screen cover insurance (the “Promotion”)
2. Claiming the Promotion
2.1 To successfully register for the HuaweiCare “100 Days” Screen Protect Cover (the “Promotion Gift”), Promotion Participants must; and then
2.1.1 Purchase or upgrade to a Qualifying Device in store or online from Huawei outlets during the Promotions Period.

2.1.2 AND successfully register their purchase at www.huaweicares.co.za (the “Promotions Website”) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase or upgrade [provided that the purchase occurred during the Promotion Period];

2.1.4 AND Confirm the details provided are correct.
2.1.5 THEN Promotion Participants will receive communication from the Organisers to notify them that their information has been successfully registered and the Promotion Gift activated.
2.2 The Organizers will conduct a verification exercise to authenticate whether the Promotion Participants have complied with the Promotion criteria as indicated at 2.1 above. Once successfully verified and authenticated, the Promotion Participants will receive their 100 days’ Complimentary Huawei Care Screen Protect Cover documentation within 30 days after date of registration.
2.3 The Promotion Participants details will be stored by the Organizers on an internal database so that the Organizers can send the 100 days’ Complimentary Huawei Care Screen Protect Cover documentation to the Promotions Participants.
3.The Promotions Gift
3.1 The 100 days’ Complimentary Huawei Care Screen Protect Cover provides peace of mind and insurance coverage for accidental and physical damage to the screen of the Qualifying Device for a period of 100 days from the date of purchase of the Qualifying Device.
3.2 The Promotions Gift covers Promotion Participants for unlimited claims during the 100 day period up to a maximum of R3000 (three thousand rand) per claim on mobile devices and a maximum of R1000 (one thousand rand) per claim on wearable devices.
3.3 There are no additional costs for registering the Promotions Gift and there are no excesses payable to claim.
3.4 In order to receive the Promotions Gift, Promotions Participants must register within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase in accordance with clause 2.1 above. Should the Promotion Participants fail to register within this 14 (fourteen) day period from the date of purchase, the Promotions Gift will not be activated and the Promotions Participant will not be able to benefit from the Promotion.
3.5 The Promotions Gift does not provide insurance cover for lost or stolen devices and does not provide cover for any intentional or malicious damage to the Qualifying Device. For the comprehensive terms and conditions relating to the Promotions Gift, please refer tohttps://www.huaweicares.co.za.
3.6 All repairs or replacements of the screen of the Qualifying Devices must be done at an Approved Huawei Repair Center. Please see Approved Huawei Repair Centers in the Republic of South Africa.
4. General Terms and Conditions
4.1 The Promotion is valid for the Promotion Period only.
4.2 Registration for the Promotion Gift must be completed within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase.

4.4 The Promotion Period may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Organisers.
4.5 The Promotion, the Promotions Gift, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organisers. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organisers. No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organisers as a result of any alterations of the terms and conditions.
4.6 The Organisers reserve the right to extend, reasonably shorten or suspend the time period of the Promotion for technical or commercial or operational reasons or for the greater public good or due to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion, on condition that the Organisers notify the Promotion Paricipants in a manner that is expedient according to its best ability.
4.7 The Promotion, the Promotion Gift, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Promotion, and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organisers. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organisers. No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organisers as a result of any alterations of the Terms and Conditions.
4.8 The Organisers reserve the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Promotion immediately at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any national, provincial or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of the Organisers for any reason (recognized in law). Notice of such termination shall be published on the Organisers Promotions Website. In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Organisers whatsoever.
4.9 In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions, the Organiser’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.10 All Promotion Participants indemnify the Organisers, their associated and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers and employees, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from the Promotion Participants participation in any way whatsoever in this Promotion.
4.11 South African law shall govern these Promotion rules and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
